Recognize the Signs

Is Pain Affecting Your Life?

Don't let chronic pain control your life. These aren't just symptoms to push through—they're signals from your body that something needs attention. The good news? Every one of these is treatable.

Locked & Limited

Chronic Neck & Back Stiffness

That frozen feeling when you can't turn your head—every glance over your shoulder becomes a whole-body movement. That constant tightness and reduced mobility in your lumbar or thoracic spine—often caused by spinal arthritis, herniated discs, or degenerative changes. Simple movements like bending, twisting, driving, or standing for extended periods become painful challenges. Your spine feels rigid and inflexible, making everyday activities difficult and uncomfortable.

Neuropathy & Nerve Pain That Travels

Sciatica & Radiating Nerve Pain

It starts in your neck, then shoots down your shoulder blades, back, arms & hands. Or sharp, shooting pain travels from your lumbar spine down through your buttocks, legs & feet. The nerve pain doesn't stay put—it follows you. This radiating pattern often signals nerve compression or irritation in the cervical or lumbar spine. You might feel symptoms of neuropathy: burning, numbness, tingling, sharp, or electric-like sensations that make walking, sitting, or even breathing deeply unbearable.

Neck, Back & Referred Pain

Sharp & Deep Aching Spine Pain

That sudden, knife-like pain that shoots through your back and stops you in your tracks. A deep, constant ache that sits in your lower back and won't let go—spreading into your hips, buttocks, and pelvis. Chronic neck stiffness, tension headaches, and shoulder pain from poor posture, desk work, or injury. Cervical spine dysfunction that radiates into the shoulders, arms, and upper back—limiting your range of motion and affecting everything from driving to sleeping.

Severe Head, Neck & Facial Pain

Migraines, Occipital & Cervicogenic Headaches

Intense, pounding pain that feels like your head is being squeezed in a vice. Piercing pain radiating from the back of your head towards the sides or forehead. That deep, throbbing ache at the base of your neck & skull that medication barely touches. It's not just a headache—it's stemming from your neck. These cervicogenic headaches originate from inflamed neck structures that can cause occipital neuralgia which radiates to your forehead, temples, eyes, ears & jaw. Facial pain including trigeminal neuralgia, TMJ dysfunction, and sinus-related pain can be debilitating. Many patients also experience brain fog, dizziness, vertigo, facial numbness/tingling & ear-ringing.

Pain Disrupting Rest

Sleepless Nights

Tossing, turning, searching for a position that doesn't hurt. You wake up more exhausted than when you went to bed. Neuropathy and nerve pain symptoms intensify at night—the burning, tingling, severe cramping in your extremities, neck, or back become unbearable when you're trying to rest. Migraines destroy your sleep cycle, waking you at 3 AM with pounding headaches. This nighttime pattern is common with spinal pinched nerves, peripheral neuropathy, and chronic spine conditions, creating a vicious cycle of pain and exhaustion.

Orthopedic Pain

Joint Pain, Sports Injuries, Tendon & Ligament Pain

Degenerative joint pain affecting your hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows—osteoarthritis, cartilage damage, and chronic inflammation that makes every step painful. Injuries from weightlifting, running, group fitness, golf, and tennis that sideline you for months. Torn ligaments and tendons—meniscus tears, rotator cuff injuries, hip labrum injuries, tennis elbow, ACL injuries, bursitis & tendonitis that don't heal on their own. These conditions require expert diagnosis and targeted treatment to restore full function.

You don't have to live like this. Our specialists have helped thousands find lasting relief.

Advanced Solutions

Interventional Treatments for Pain Relief

We offer a comprehensive range of non-surgical, minimally invasive & image-guided procedures designed to provide long-term relief from all types of chronic pain.

Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Epidural Injections

Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Epidural Injections

Targeted image-guided treatment that delivers anti-inflammatory medication directly to the affected area in your cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine. These precise injections reduce inflammation and provide significant pain relief for herniated discs, pinched nerves, and spinal conditions that cause radiating pain into the shoulders, arms, hips, and legs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about pain management and our treatments.

Interventional pain management uses targeted and image-guided minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat a variety of chronic pain. These techniques include injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation. Unlike traditional pain management that relies solely on medications, interventional pain specialists target the source of pain directly for more effective, long-term relief.
You should consider seeing an interventional pain specialist if you have chronic pain that lasts more than 3 months, pain that hasn't improved with conventional treatments, or pain that affects your quality of life, work, and recreation. You should also see an interventional pain specialist if you are seeking alternatives to medication or surgery for targeted and long-term pain relief. Our specialists can evaluate your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan.
All of our procedures are performed with local anesthesia or IV sedation for your comfort to ensure the smoothest possible patient experience. We prioritize your comfort and use advanced techniques to minimize any discomfort or downtime.
Results vary depending on the severity of the individual condition. Most patients experience months to years of pain relief. Procedures can be repeated in the future on an as needed basis.
Our focus is on non-surgical interventions. The vast majority patients find significant long-term relief through our minimally invasive treatments and never require surgery. However, if surgery is indicated, we work with top surgeons and can provide appropriate referrals.
Most major insurance plans cover our interventional pain treatments. Our team will verify your benefits before treatment and help you understand your coverage.
All of our procedures are outpatient with minimal to no recovery time. Most patients return to normal activities within 24 hours and are able to return to work the very next day. We'll provide specific post-procedure instructions based on your treatment.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation of your pain history, physical examination, and review of any previous imaging or test results. We may also order updated MRI, X-Rays, CAT Scans, a nerve test or lab work. Your pain specialist will discuss your symptoms, treatment goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan. We'll also answer all your questions and schedule any necessary procedures or follow-up appointments.
